Crafted from Dupont’s highest-grade PFA-440 HPJ Japanese resin, the housing delivers exceptional chemical resistance while meeting the stringent purity requirements of the semiconductor industry.
A standout feature of the HPFA-series is its innovative cartridge locking mechanism, allowing the cartridge to securely lock into the bowl with a simple 1/4 turn. This design facilitates quick and easy installation or removal of the cartridge and bowl as a single unit, significantly reducing human exposure to hazardous chemicals and minimizing contamination risks.
The housing ensures precise alignment and consistent double O-ring engagement with each installation, guaranteeing leak-free performance.
Compatible with industry-standard 2-222/flat single-open-end filter cartridges from major manufacturers, the HPFA-series provides flexibility across various applications. Its space-efficient design reduces the vertical clearance needed for cartridge replacements by 20-45 cm, making it ideal for cleanroom environments.
Manufactured, assembled, cleaned, and tested in class 1000 and class 100 dust-free cleanrooms, the HPFA-series is available in 4″, 10″, and 20″ lengths to support different cartridge sizes. It also offers various inlet/outlet options, including Pillar S300 1″, Super Pillar 3/4″, and Flare 1″ and 3/4″, to meet the diverse demands of the semiconductor industry
